Objective

To assess the functioning and operational effectiveness of the Mobile Health Unit (MHU) in Ayodhya district, Uttar Pradesh through a rapid assessment model. The study focused on evaluating healthcare accessibility, infrastructure readiness, staffing adequacy, service frequency, beneficiary satisfaction, and the overall quality of medical services delivered through the MHU.
