Tailoring Training Program Assessment – Karnataka
A field-based evaluation conducted across tailoring training centers in Chikkamagaluru and Hassan districts of Karnataka to assess training effectiveness, infrastructure quality, learner participation, trainer competency, and livelihood outcomes among women beneficiaries. The assessment generated evidence-based insights to strengthen vocational training delivery and improve program implementation.

Objective
To evaluate the effectiveness of tailoring training centers in delivering quality vocational skill development programs for rural women beneficiaries. The assessment examined infrastructure readiness, training delivery processes, learner participation, trainer competency, accessibility, and livelihood outcomes generated through the program.
